UPDATE 6.16.18: update on my dad! we've had some questions answered and things are looking a lot better than it did before.
he doesn't have multiple blood clots, he just has one really large one with the threat of others spreading. that threat is much lower now that he'll be on blood thinners for what looks to be 6 months.
his older age is the most likely cause for his thrombosis.
his life, for the time being, isn't in any danger. if this changes and we need more help, i'll keep you all posted.
it's really been an emotional week. i've been planning out everything for the worst case scenario and who to call and how to communicate to my spanish-speaking siblings what's happening but now those are worries i can let go of for the time being. it's just tough when you're the only kid

Hello! Announcing once again, the price changes for commissions! 
Keeping all the print prices the same as ever though  

Starting from mid-May, these price changes will take effect. 
If you already have your commissions in the queue or are a repeat customer, the old prices remain the same for about a year. 

All commissions are done in Mycks signature style (calligraphy by mom, optional - takes more time), and will be painted on heavy watercolor paper using sumi ink, ink pen, and watercolor, and sometimes, other media. 

Here are the base prices according to size starting mid MAY 2018:
Basic [8.5x11"] - $140
Medium [9x12"] - $160
Large [11x14"] - $185
Ex-Large [12x16"] - $210

*canvas paintings are available, but they have higher base prices. 
*Commercial commissions have different set of prices, so please contact me if you are interested.

Also, I started a new rewards system over at Patreon, where you can save your monthly rewards towards original ink drawings and commissions! So there is that option if you want to slowly save/queue your spot for commisions:

Hello! Hope your summer is going good ^^
I for one went for a week and a half long road trip down the East Coast and hit up the tip of the Key West in Florida. It was awesome

BTW, I had been working with the awesome people at New Experience Workshop on this one samurai card game, called the Showdown!

So, as I've written before (like 2-3-4 months ago >< been a while), I'm finally changing my commission prices. 
They will be slightly higher for all sizes. 

Base prices will be (additional figures in the same piece will be $10/figure):

$130  Basic (8"x10" OR 8.5"x11") with one character or subject

$150  Medium: 9x12

$175  Large: 11x14

$190  Ex-large: 12x16

Of course, if you are a returning customer, I will happily keep the old prices for you for the year ^^
And if you have an ongoing commission, the prices won't be affected of course.
